Job Description :

The position of a Paralegal at Phillips Lytle LLP is responsible for assisting attorneys in the Banking & Financial Services Practice Group with commercial real estate transactions. The Paralegal will:

assist with maintaining and organizing deal files

review corporate organizational documents

analyze title documents, real estate documents and ALTA surveys

review and summarize loan documents and construction related contracts

draft and revise loan documents

assist with closing commercial real estate transactions (with potential opportunities to travel to such closings, if interested)

interact with clients

maintain client confidentiality

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a legal office, must have general computer familiarity, especially Word, Outlook and PDF, be detail oriented with attention to accuracy and have the ability to establish and maintain effective and professional communications and work collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented fast-pace working environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
