Paralegal - Compliance - Lexitas Legal Talent Outsourcing : Job Details

Our client, a NYC not-for-profit seeks to hire a Senior Paralegal/Corporate Compliance to support their overall corporate compliance and corporate governance function.

This is a hybrid role working 3 days a week in our client's offices in NYC and 2 days per week remotely.

We are looking for someone who can commit to working for a duration of 9 months. There is some permanent potential. The hourly rate is $45/hour.

The corporate compliance function includes but is not limited to:

• Principles of Business Conduct,
• Code of Conduct
• Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC),
• Export Administration Regulations (EAR),
• Foreign Corrupt Practice Act (FCPA),
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and
• Antitrust regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participates in the development of key compliance programs;
• Assists with compliance oversight;
• Reviews requests for due diligence and vetting of third parties including SAAS applications;
• Assists with training programs;
• Supports Records Management functions;
• Handles administration of entities;
