Job DescriptionSummaryThe client site for this project is a mid-sized recycled linerboard paper mill producing approximately 800 tons/day of brown paper linerboard and the mill operates 360 days/year 24x7. This is a cost reimbursable contract focusing on unplanned downtime measured in minutes/day and cost measured in $/ton.The Site Manager's position is responsible for coordinating the effective execution of all maintenance and operations support activities for a small to medium sized maintenance contract and/or Small Capital projects and/or less complex sites/projects within the Operations & Maintenance Function for a mid-sized brown paper mill. This position supervises a Reliability Engineer, Planners, an Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor and Technicians, Electricians, a Millwright Supervisor and Millwrights, Mechanics, Pipefitters, and other maintenance personnel as required.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
