Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

Job Summary: As the Pantry Manager of an elite corporate dining account, you will be responsible for the precise management and upkeep of approximately 20 pantries as a part of a complimentary snack and beverage program. Each pantry is stocked with detail and intentionality, focusing on the perfect balance of wellness, indulgence, fun, and functionality. Products promoting seasonality and small/minority/local businesses are priority sourced. This position requires Monday through Friday, daytime and occasional evening availability. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintains designated pantry areas
• Plans, markets and executes special promotions
• Ensures compliance with proper sanitation and cleaning standards
• Operates within the budget and identifies new ways to improve the business
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations
• Operational knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet
• ServSafe or Department of Health Certification is preferred
