The opportunity

Delaware North's Patina Group is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our team as a full-time Pantry Attendant in Boston, Massachusetts. Due to continued business growth and increasing demand, we are seeking an organized and motivated professional to help our operations, starting in mid August.

As a Pantry Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized pantry, and preparing pantry items for guests and team members as needed. This position offers a day schedule Monday through Friday, no nights or weekends required.

What will you do?

• Execute all assigned menu items in coordination with the identified team member on duty, preparing pantry menu items according to recipes and guidelines
• Ensure the highest possible standards of guest service are provided, listening and responding to guest and team member concerns and questions
• Maintain a clean and organized pantry at all times, stocking and storing food products as needed and adhering to all health and sanitation standards
• Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

More about you

• At least 6 months experience in a restaurant of similar capacity and level of cuisine
• Have a knowledge of basic cooking and food preparation techniques
• Ability to follow a recipe, including performing basic math skills

Physical requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, as well as reaching up to 7 feet
• Standing, walking, bending for the duration of the shift
