Principal Accountabilities:

• Manually stacking products on pallets according to specific instructions
• Ensuring pallets are properly loaded and stacked, identifying and addressing any issues
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Following all safety procedures and regulations including wearing the required PPE
• Communicating with team members and supervisors regarding production and equipment issues
• May include other tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Previous or current experience in heavy general labor roles
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Ability to perform consistent and repetitive tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous work experience in food production, manufacturing, or similar environment
