The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.Position SummaryOur company is growing rapidly and is hiring a Lead Use Case Developer to support our data solutions team. This individual will be a lead on a team that is using cutting edge technology to build solutions that work with large volumes of data across multiple platforms. They will partner with our team of data scientists, data gurus, and product owners to deliver products that will help drive decision making. Ultimately, this role will be responsible for translating business requirements and building machine learning models through all phases of development.Essential Job FunctionsExtensive experience with Palantir Foundry and its applicationsExperience in providing technical leadership to a teamParticipation in user interviews to understand technical and customer needs.Knowledge of creating data pipelines using Pipeline Builder and Code RepositoriesProvide technical support and troubleshooting for Palantir software implementationsEnsure compliance with data securityManaging request for customer facing applications built within machine learning technologies.Being a visionary who can translate business needs, challenges and requirements into solutions that deliver value to the organization.QualificationsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Minimum Required QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or other related field or equivalent work experience.5+ years of experience in data analysis, software development, or technical consulting5+ years' experience in AI, machine learning, and model development and deploymentProven experience with Palantir software solutionsKnowledge of analyzing data using tools like Code Workbook, Contour and QuiverStrong leadership and project management skillsSkills, Knowledge And AbilitiesProficiency in languages such as Python, SQL, or R.Problem Solving AptitudeContinuously researches and evaluates emerging technologies.Excellent Communication skillsPreferred: Strong background in the following areas:Experience in data engineering/ETL ecosystems with Palantir Foundry, Cognizant, Python, PySpark and JavaFamiliarity with machine learning algorithms and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional DesignationsCertifications such as Foundry Application Developer Foundry Data Analyst, Foundry Data Engineer a plusIf you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
