The Facility Maintenace Painting Technician is responsible for maintaining the appearance of the stadium by patching and painting areas in need.

Must have previous experiance in the following:

* Surface Prep

* Cleaning equipment, paint shop and work areas

* Operating compressors, spray equipment and other small power equipment

* Drywall repairs and patching

* Applying paint, surface preparatory materials and undercoating material to a variety of surfaces, including concrete, drywall and steel

* Determine appropriate colour for new or replacement applications through consultation with internal key stakeholders

* Knowledge of tools, equipment, material and techniques common to the painting and drywall trade

* Planning and developing work schedules

* Skills in Estimating timelines and materials of projects

* Coach, review and supervise additonal facility maintenance team members

* Monitor supplies and and materials

* Other duties as required
