Painter / Sealer - Automation Personnel Services : Job Details

Job DescriptionPAINTER - SEALER Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Painter - Sealer for a company based in Bessemer, AL. Pay Rate Pay is strictly dependent on experienceSchedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 7 00 am to 4 30 pm.Framer - Installer Duties and Responsibilities•Prepare surfaces before painting, using tools such as a grinder to smooth concrete •Select proper paint as per customer specifications •Prep and paint metal doors and door frames •Follow guidelines to maintain a safe working environment •Perform additional tasks as instructed including clean-up and housekeeping Framer - Installer Qualifications and Requirements•High school diploma •Valid Drivers License and ability to pass drug screen and background check •Self-sufficient and self-motivated •Minimum 2 years' experience working with paint •Rolling, cutting in, and spray (both air-less and enamel) •Patching surfaces prior to painting is a plus •Ability to use particulate mask as respiratory protection, compliance with safety standards •Ability to perform job specific physical requirements under the specified working conditions including but not limited to: Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching standing, working on knees and lifting 50lbs •Willing to work in outside environment when necessary •Willing to perform all assigned tasks •Willingness to travel on occasional basis to job sites to perform final install •Reliable and timely transportation •Willingness to work overtime as needed, including weekends Job TypeFull-timeBenefits •Weekly Pay•401(k) retirement plan•Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability and life insurance•5 paid Vacation Days after 1 year of continuous service (paid as a service bonus)•6 paid Holidays after 1500 continuous hours of service within a calendar yearInterested in this job?Click Apply Now, email your resume to [email protected], or call us at 205.###.#### to learn more.
