About the job Painter Custom Personnel has a client seeking an experienced painter for various construction projects. Job Responsibilities May Include: Responsible for painting the exterior and interior areas of a companys projects Execute pre-painting activities, including cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, and masking of adjacent surfaces prior to painting, papering, texturing, etc. if required Follow managements instructions in maintaining an inventory of paint and supplies Follow the owners, manager or property managers instruction in executing the job utilizing appropriate finishes and applications Comply with OSHA guidelines with respect to the use of hazardous chemicals Stay up-to-date with storage and disposal laws, regulations, codes, etc. Carry out after project cleaning of areas, supplies, and equipment at the completion of project Assist in storing leftover paint in the appropriate locations Support team with special maintenance projects as needed.If interested, please apply at our Redding office located at 999 Mission De Oro Dr, Ste 208.
