Painter - Staffmark : Job Details

Staffmark is hiring a skilled Painter to join a leading manufacturing facility in Alexandria, MN. In this role, you'll be responsible for applying high-quality powder coat finishes to products for both internal and external customers. If you're experienced in industrial painting and take pride in your attention to detail, we want to hear from you! Pay Rates: 1st Shift: $17.50/hr 2nd Shift: $20.13/hr (Base pay $16.75-$17/hr + 15% shift differential; based on experience) Shifts Available: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday Responsibilities: Apply powder paint finishes and prep parts to coating standards Operate coating equipment, adjust settings, and maintain tools/booths Rack/unrack parts, inspect finishes, and package completed products Read work orders and paint specs to ensure accurate color and quality Track inventory, maintain records, and report any quality or equipment issues Follow all safety protocols and keep work area clean and organized Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in painting or powder coating Knowledge of industrial painting processes and quality requirements Able to read work orders, paint specifications, and follow detailed instructions Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Physically able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods Dependable, safety-focused, and a collaborative team player Why You'll Love This Job: We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
