Now hiring Industrial Painter Trainee's in McConnellsburg, PA! This is a great entry-level opportunity to become an industrial painter. Shift: Will go through the training class on 1st shift for 7-10 weeks, then become an official Industrial Painter and move to 2nd shift 3pm-11pm. Pay Rate: Starting pay rate for the class portion will be $17/hour, will bump to $22.75 after completing the class!
Job DescriptionAs a Painter Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to enhance your skills in industrial spray painting. You must pass the Painter Qualification test and recertify your skills as required. This role requires you to operate overhead cranes, follow detailed work instructions, and maintain high-quality standards. You will work in both team and individual settings while ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
ResponsibilitiesThis opportunity comes with a sign-on bonus for full-time employees, rewarding your commitment with up to $1,500 over your first year. You'll be paid to learn valuable skills in welding, and after passing the paint test, your pay rate will increase to $22.75/hr.
