Minimum of 1 year experience as an NP in Pain Management

Requirements of the Nurse Practitioner :

• Must have an active NY State License
• Must be Board Certified
• Must have at least 1 year of experience as an NP in Pain Management

Compensation and Benefits of the Nurse Practitioner :

• The salary for this position is $115,000 - $130,000 / yr
• This is a Full-time, Part-time, or Per-Diem position (minimum of 2 days a week)
