Pain Management - Enterprise Medical Recruiting : Job Details

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a well-established, reputable pain management practice in Corpus Christi, which has been operating for over 19 years. The practice has a strong patient base and referral base, receiving approximately 140 monthly referrals, and sees between 800-900 patients monthly between the M.D. and a Nurse Practitioner in the clinic. The practice also includes a CLIA-certified in-house urine toxicology laboratory. On average, 240 cases per month are performed in a 100% owned by M.D., state-of-the-art, two-OR ambulatory surgery center (ASC), which opened in 2020.

This practice is looking for a dedicated physician. This is not just an employee position but an opportunity to integrate into the practice and eventually become an owner. The incoming physician will also have the option to buy shares in the ASC.

Practice Details:

• Specialty Preference: PM&R or Anesthesia-trained Pain
• Training: ACGME or NASS fellowship-trained.
• Ethical & Patient-Focused: Must align with the practice's philosophy of appropriate treatment without overutilization of procedures or medications.
• Growth-Minded: Seeking a long-term commitment with ownership interest.
• Availability: Ideally looking for someone to start by Summer.
• Monday-Friday: 8 am-5 pm, split between half days in clinic and ASC.
• Treatment Approach: Outpatient Stimulators, RFA, Viadisc, Sprint PNS, Cervical and Lumbar ESIs, FJIs, MBBs, SIJs, medication management (low MME patients), and in-office knee, hip and shoulder injections.
• Support Team: 16 total employees with 10 long-term employees (10+ years average tenure), including an experienced Nurse Practitioner.

Compensation:
