Paid Media Associate, WSJ - Dow Jones & Co. : Job Details

Deploy digital media spend across multiple channels (Search, Social, Display) and platforms (Google, Facebook/ Instagram, Twitter, X, etc.). Work closely with the broader Paid Media team to improve performance and ensure the KPI goals are met. Be hands on in-platform - building campaigns, optimizing targeting and audience strategy, and monitoring creative performance. Manage and optimize media budgets across channels to maximize performance results. Actively report, track and optimize performance of digital media campaigns. Make recommendations and provide updates to the Marketing Team. Work closely with platforms (Google, Facebook/ Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, X, etc..) to identify opportunities; understand their best practices and recommendations for improving digital media at Dow Jones. You Have:0-2 years' experience in digital media. Background with driving brand media KPIs a plus. Hands-on experience with building and managing digital media campaigns.
