Pads Transformer Assembler - 1st shift - Eaton Corporation, plc : Job Details

Execute final assembly operations for electricity transformers in accordance with established standard methods and procedures. Job Responsibilities - Perform tasks across various work centers, including tank breakdown, casing, small parts, vacuum chamber, palletizing, final assembly, and testing. - Attach and install component parts and sub-assemblies onto transformer tanks (e.g., leads, bushings, brackets, fuses, switches, nameplates, arrestors, labels, stencils, bands). - Load, operate, and unload the vacuum system. - Place and anchor core/coil assemblies into tanks. - Execute repetitive hand assembly, fitting, and adjustment operations. - Use small power hand tools as required. - Assist welders with the installation of hoods and seals. - Address any nonconforming parts or products through rework. - Safely operates overhead cranes and hoisting equipment to move materials, components, and finished products within the manufacturing facility. - Actively participates in problem-solving p...Assembler, Operations, 1st Shift, Assembly
