The LEGO Group is building a 1.7 million-square-foot precision production facility just south of Richmond in Chesterfield, Virginia. Job Description We are seeking a proactive and flexible Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a subleader in our area, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and managing resources, ensuring efficient production, and fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: Optimize and manage resources, including personnel and production requirements. Participate in and monitor continuous improvement processes using LCI tools. Promote a collaborative and positive work environment among team members. Work with computer-controlled equipment and mechanically based machines, ensuring proper setup and operation for quality production. Communicate effectively with co-workers to develop strong working relationships. Maintain machines at full capacity by ensuring they are stocked and functioning properly. Perform periodic checks and inspections on products to maintain quality standards. Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety precautions to support our mission of developing the builders of tomorrow.
