Position Overview: Miller Brothers Staffing Solutions is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Laborers to join a manufacturing facility in Verona, PA. The Shipper/Packer role supports daily production and warehouse operations by preparing materials for shipment, assisting in light machine support, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities:

• Handle and move parts throughout the production process
• Grind, count, and pack parts according to order requirements
• Assist with shipping and inventory tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Support machine operators with production duties
• Operate saw equipment when required
• Follow instructions and complete tasks independently or collaboratively
• Adhere to safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and handle parts weighing up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Capable of standing for extended periods of time
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
