Packer - Connect Staffing : Job Details

MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF RECENT PACKING EXPERIENCE OR SIMILAR.Connect Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Parts Packer for a Packer positionat a powder coating facility in the city of Santa Ana, CA. Schedule: 5:30 am-2:00 pm Monday through Friday. Must be flexible for overtime. Requirements of a Parts Packer:

• Minimum 6 months of recent packing experience or equivalent.
• Must have experience racking and counting metal parts
• Able to safely lift up to 25lbs
• Must speak Spanish or be Bilingual
• Must pass the E-Verify requirement
• Prior experience in roles such as Assembly Line Worker, Machine Operator, Production Associate, Material Handler, and Packaging Worker is a huge plus!

Responsibilities of a Parts Packer:

• Pack metal parts according to specifications to prepare them for shipping.
• Lift and place parts on racks for shipment.
• Pack finished products for shipment
• Clean and sweep the work area as needed.
• Assist with unloading and organizing parts as needed.
• Pay attention to detail when verifying purchase orders to correct items
• Assist with daily production/ warehouse duties such as labeling, sorting, counting, packaging, and shipping.
