Job Title: Packager
Job Description
The packager will be responsible for labeling tanks of glue that are placed in boxes. This is the initial step in the packaging process, where efficiency is crucial. The ideal candidate should be able to label 60-70 boxes per hour, placing labels both on the outside and inside of the boxes.
Responsibilities
Label tanks of glue placed in boxes efficiently.
Place labels on the outside and inside of the boxes.
Maintain a pace of labeling 60-70 boxes per hour.
Identify and use correct stickers for boxes.
Essential Skills
Ability to stand for 8 hours a day.
Experience with forklift operation.
Inventory management skills.
Proficiency in material handling.
Experience in picking, packing, and using RF scanners.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with stand-up and sit-down forklift operation.
Skill in operating pallet jacks.
Temporary labor required due to production demands.
Work Environment
The facility is clean, organized, and operates under GMP standards. The atmosphere is team-oriented, requiring employees to be team players. Documentation skills are essential, as employees must be able to read and write legibly in English. The production involves making adhesives, which may lead to a glue smell. Work hours are from 6 AM to 2 PM, or from 10 PM to 6 AM.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
