Packer - StaffWorx Group : Job Details

Job Description Key Responsibilities • Set up and label cases as per production requirements • Pack eggs carefully and accurately into designated cases • Ensure each case is properly labeled and meets quality standards • Maintain a clean and organized packing area • Keep packing supplies stocked and in good condition • Follow run sheets and production instructions precisely • Adhere to food safety and quality control procedures • Report any safety or quality concerns to the supervisor immediately • Assist in inventory and count accuracy when needed • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications • No specific certifications or licenses required • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented • Previous experience in food packing or production is a plus Requirements Physical Requirements • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8-12 hours) • Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds regularly • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required • Ability to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions • Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching Additional Information • 10-Hour Shifts • Weekend shifts are rotated • Wage $14-$16
