Job Type Full-time Description Position Overview: Perform duties to pack, inspect, and case product sets according to manufacturing and customer specifications. Safely performs position specific responsibilities to ensure a high level of productivity, quality and internal and external customer service while adhering to all relevant company policies and procedures. Identifies and recommends process improvements to streamline and increase efficiency of existing programs. Essential Job Functions : •Packs tickets and other paper products into boxes according to game specifications, verbal instructions, and display board to meet daily production goals as defined by work orders and schedules •Performs quality checks on printed products to ensure serial number accuracy, proper cut, clarity of images, and consistent color of ticket game faces; escalate product defects to leadership •Shuffles and arranges winning tickets amongst losing tickets to randomize chances of purchasing a winning ticket •Removes dust and other irritants from products as needed with brush to ensure customer satisfaction •Performs quality checks on packed items to ensure correct labels, tags, and literature with printed tickets and other paper products •Prepares packed products for further processing by Label Operator, Case Packer, and Material Handler •Detect and report faulty equipment, defective material, improper operations and unusual conditions to supervision, follow up with re-pairing equipment/areas as directed by maintenance or leadership •Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition •Adhere to company and departmental policies and rules as defined by the employee handbook or management •Perform other duties as assigned and work from written and verbal instruction Requirements Education Requirements: •High school diploma / GED equivalent Physical Requirements:
