Top Job Located in Medina, OH Salary: $16/hrFarm Harvesters and PackagersSUMMARY: Responsible for efficient packaging and maintaining product quality during indoor harvesting of vegetables and lettuces.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow proper harvesting techniques and SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Package products with accurate weight and proper labeling.
• Meet daily output standards.
• Assist with transplanting, cleaning systems, and farm equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferred: Similar experience.
• Effective communication skills with supervisors and staff.
