Packaging Technician - Werfen N.A. : Job Details

Key Accountabilities:Preparing bulk bagged microwell strips for strip/plate assembly. Pouching vials, strips, and plates. Preparing boxes and sealers for kit assembly. Maintaining a fresh supply of desiccant in the desiccators and documenting desiccator set-up. Assisting in training of other staff members (as needed)Maintaining own training log. Following and promoting the use and recognition of safety measures. Maintaining a clean working environment in the packaging area. Supporting the organization in other tasks as defined by business needs and supported by documented training Qualifications Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position: High School Diploma OR GED (General Education Diploma), required. Must be able to lift large aluminum bins with filled reagents (up to 35 lbs.).
