Packaging & Shipping Specialist This position is located 30 minutes outside of Bloomington Must have reliable transportation Onboarding will begin 10/1/2025 The Shipping & Packaging Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of the packaging and shipping process, ensuring the products are securely packaged, accurately labeled, and shipping on time to customers/distribution centers. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and safety within the shipping department, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and business success. Full Time | 1st Shift | Temp-to-Hire | $20-24/hr

Skills/Requirements:

• Familiar with shipping and/or inventory software systems
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Team-oriented personality
• At least 18 years old and can provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen
