Packaging Specialist Parma, OH (Onsite with free parking) 07/21/2025 - 09/27/2025 Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM Mon-Fri Interview Type: Direct-Hire (No interview process) Dress Code: Business casual Job Description: Key Responsibilities

• Ski Pass Kit Pre-Packaging
  • Assemble folders with stickers, magnets, and literature
  • Follow a specific item order
  • Complete approximately 120 pre-kits per hour
  • Lift up to 50 lbs
• Operations & Equipment Handling
  • Run high-volume copy machines
  • Perform binding and finishing tasks
  • Maintain copier functionality and perform basic troubleshooting
  • Setup equipment with toner and paper
• Mailroom & Distribution
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail/faxes
  • Apply postage and distribute materials
  • Deliver completed jobs within/outside the site
  • Scan and image documents
• Customer Interaction
  • Respond to service calls and customer questions
  • Perform occasional receptionist duties
• Inventory & Reporting
  • Maintain supply and service logs
  • Generate reports and calculate job charges
• Facility Support
  • Set up meeting/conference rooms
  • Perform light cleaning and maintenance
  • Assist in building occupant moves
• Additional Duties
  • Use bindery/shipping tools (shrink-wrap machine, hole punch, jogger)
  • Perform filing, including archiving/purging old documents
  • Support client Services Technology data tracking (MOR, SPG, job logs)
  • Occasional overtime, including nights/weekends

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Experience: 1-2 years of related work experience (copy job experience preferred)
• Skills & Knowledge:
  • Basic electronics and computer proficiency (MS Office)
  • Familiarity with copier equipment and repair
  • Understanding of shipping/receiving procedures
  • Ability to troubleshoot and follow technical manuals
  • Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and complete tasks flexibly
