Packaging Specialist - First Quality Enterprises : Job Details

Observe all safety rules and use of proper safety equipment. Adherence to GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations. Repair mechanical components of equipment as required. Establish a structured training process to elevate team member skill sets as it pertains to the packaging equipment, including education on how to effectively interface with the packaging equipment; share knowledge and techniques with team members and assists with training. Organize change parts and establish a matrix to identify change parts required by package configuration to simplify changeover process. Troubleshoot and analyze mechanical and operational issues on affected equipment and take corrective action to resolve the issues. Conduct Process Audits of all equipment to document condition and settings prior to equipment tear down. Maintain methodical disassembly process to remain organized, clean and orderly.
