Owns creation of Packaging Component and SKU specifications within one or more Business Units. Manages process / flow and creation of specifications through coordination of many internal and external stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the day-to-day creation and status of packaging components and SKU specifications while ensuring they are complete and accurate before moving forward
- Interfaces with multiple interconnected Kimberly-Clark data management systems managing workflow and directing work tasks to other departments and functions.
- Manages information that flows to externally facing systems utilized directly by Kimberly-Clark sales teams and for customer communication.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education required: Associate degree
Qualification and skills:
- Knowledge of SAP PLM
- Ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects and timelines.
- Ability to clearly and precisely communicate orally and in writing to individuals and groups.
- Ability to build strong sustainable business relationships at various levels throughout organization and with key customers and suppliers.
- Ability to operate and use business management tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.), computers/laptops and other technological devices/software programs to communicate with other people.
- Leadership skills will reflect One K-C Behaviors and competencies in alignment with the role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
