Hours: 5:00am-5:00pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
FULL Time & FULL Benefits starting at $26.20/hour PLUS a $5.00 per hour shift premium and monthly bonus opportunities!
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Operates equipment in the soft cheese packaging process, successfully making a safe, quality product.
- Work with WKND Chevre Packaging Supervisor and production team to complete all tasks within the production areas.
- Performs product tests, records results, and makes necessary adjustments according to recipe specifications.
- Monitors, prepares, and changes equipment in the soft cheese packaging process.
- Remains aware of work environment sounds to detect abnormalities in equipment operation.
- Assists with all production runs and documents all steps in packaging procedure to ensure accurate, consistent, safe, and quality products every time.
- Sanitation: Keep a clean work environment. Wash, rinse, sanitize and return all equipment back to its designated area immediately after done using. Complete time of use, daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly sanitation scheduled responsibilities along with documentation once work is complete.
- Follows all policies and procedures LaClare Creamery has implemented regarding food and personal safety to assist in maintaining a safe work environment and safe, quality products at all times.
- Effectively promotes Company values and culture drivers.
- Perform all duties in a safe manner.

Skills & Attributes:
- 1-3 years' experience in manufacturing or food manufacturing is preferred.
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with machinery.
- Be able to lift 50+ pounds continuously, stand for 8 hours/day and occasionally twist, bend, climb, grasp, and other repetitive movements.
- Flexible to various creamery environments including unloading, making, painting, packaging, aging, and shipping.
