Packaging Operator - Mars, Incorporated : Job Details

Here at Mars we have an exciting opportunity for an individual seeking employment to come and join our factory team as a Packaging Operator. The Packaging Operator will be a multi-skilled packing associate who is responsible for achieving maximum efficiency of our packing lines, whilst ensuring the highest safety and quality standards are maintained during the production of dry petfood. The Packaging Operator will also play a pivotal role in identifying and delivering continuous improvement projects. All positions are 12-hour, rotating schedules. Days 6:00 am to 6:30 pm; Nights 6:00 pm to 6:30 am- 4 days on and 4 days off. Shift will rotate from days to nights every 12 weeks. What are we looking for? High School diploma or equivalent. Experience in food manufacturing environment and operating high speed packing machines. Mechanical background desirable, but not essential. Ability to multi-task.
