Packaging Operator - Graphic Packaging International, LLC : Job Details

The primary responsibility of the Packaging Operator is to maintain the auto-bagger equipment, case sealers, case erector, packing stands, cups & lids case date code. Duties will include the following: change out films on the auto-bagger equipment and change out tape in case sealers. Change out broken parts on auto baggers and case sealers. Repair push carts if necessary. Troubleshoot & maintain case date code & change ink cartridge as needed. Assist in auto baggers, case sealer & case erector rebuilds. Maintain and promote cleanliness and organization in work area. Packaging Operator will also complete paperwork and logs, create notifications, receive pass down & perform pass down with oncoming or outgoing shifts All employees must follow all Graphic Packaging International work rules, code of conduct and safety procedures and policies including wearing personal protective equipment such as steel toed shoes, hearing protection and safety goggles.
