As a Packaging Operator, you ll play a vital role in producing life-saving transdermal therapies using advanced drug delivery technology trusted nationwide. In this hands-on role, you ll support the end-to-end manufacturing and packaging process operating and maintaining production equipment, weighing and verifying raw materials, and ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. All work is performed in strict adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and safety protocols within a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical environment. Responsibilities:
  • Operate, clean, and maintain production and packaging equipment in a cGMP-compliant environment
  • Measure, weigh, and verify materials to ensure product accuracy
  • Support end-to-end production processes including manufacturing, pouching, labeling, and packaging
  • Set up equipment for clinical study packaging runs and batch production
  • Maintain detailed records and follow SOPs to ensure safety and compliance
  • Pitch in with shipping, receiving, and warehousing tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or technical training required
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or 1 3 years in another industry with the ability to learn new procedures quickly
  • Comfortable working in a production setting with exposure to moving parts, airborne particles, and odors
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to follow established protocols
  • Basic computer skills (email, navigation)
