Lonza Tampa seeks a Packaging Operator to join our driven team and help implement brand new packaging and labeling processes. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards and successfully introduce our powerful solutions. Must be able to work 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm. Key responsibilities:Complete manual processes for Primary and Secondary Packaging following batch record instructions. Operate and set-up automated equipment for specific packaging tasks. Ensure the flawless reconciliation and movement of materials between packaging areas and the warehouse, maintaining a strict chain of custody. Identify and report any potential issues to QA, Team Lead, Equipment Specialist, CPS Project Coordinator, or Manager to preempt deviations or investigations.
