Packaging Operator - 2nd Shift - $2,500 Sign on Bonus - Mars, Incorporated : Job Details

The Packaging Machine Operator is responsible and accountable for assuring all finished product is packaged according to Q&FS specifications and QMP Standards in support of Mars Quality and Food Safety principles. New hires are eligible for a $2,500 Sign on Bonus for this position. Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM -11:30 PM Monday - Friday. What are we looking for? Be 18 years of age or older. Have a Highschool diploma, GED or equivalent education. Good math, reading and writing skills. Knowledge of computers and equipment HMIs. Ability to work in a self-directed manner with a positive attitude. Working knowledge of Safety, Quality and Material Management Systems and procedures. Working Knowledge of food safety. Effective problem solving, communication skills, and decision making. What will be your key responsibilities?
