• Operate and monitor automated packaging equipment
• Perform routine changeovers and quality checks
• Inspect packaged products for accuracy, seal integrity, and labeling
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and follow safety/food safety guidelines
• Assist with general production tasks as needed
• Communicate with team leads and support team goals

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or packaging experience preferred
• Strong attendance record and proven reliability in past roles
• Stable work history - candidates with consistent employment are strongly preferred
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
