Job DescriptionPackaging Lead Get Hired Today! We have full-time positions available as a Packaging Lead in Hollister, CA! This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in the agriculture industry.

• Previous work experience with supervising or leading is required!

• Previous work experience with trainings and leading orientations required!

• Must be Bilingual English / Spanish!

Job Description:

• You will be working in a warehouse environment helping with all aspects of production.

• You will be in charge of supervising employees in lines, training and giving orientation to all new employees.

• Report any malfunctions or errors with product.

• You will also assist in bag, tag, move, or add products to the production lines as well as packaging seeds.

Pay: $20-$25/HR DOE Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm (Must be flexible with OT) Shift: Monday - Saturday Why work for Advance Services, Inc.
