• Handle folding carton products according to established department standards.
• Work with front-end, converted, and non-converted products.
• Assist in equipment setups associated with product configurations.
• Inspect and identify finished and unfinished products to maintain quality standards.
• Verify and communicate product and work standards to ensure efficient production.
• Maintain department integrity by complying with safety regulations and SQF standards.
• Perform other organizational duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure product and operational quality standards.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule.
