Description Packagers - Georgia Vermont Pay & Shift : $18 p/hr. - Monday-Thursday - 10hr shifts Summary of responsibilities: The Packager position is responsible for packaging and packing material, as standard specifies and as assigned by the Lead Packager or Packaging Coordinator.

• Counts product, ensuring accuracy prior to placing in appropriate displays;
• Marks and labels containers, container tags, or products, using marking tools;
• Examines and inspects containers, materials, and products in order to ensure that packing specifications are met;
• Records product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records;
• Removes completed or defective products or materials, places them in specified areas, and completes appropriate documentation for inventory control;
• Seals containers or materials, using glues, fasteners, tape, and hand tools;
• Cleans work areas using cleaning solutions;
• Moves and sorts products, materials, and pallets to assigned area;
