Packaging Associate - Kelly Services : Job Details

#x 9; Ensure the productivity of your assigned machine. Report any equipment, safety, productivity, or quality problems promptly. Adhere to all safety guidelines, including wearing required PPE (safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, hair net) and following lock-out/tag-out procedures. Perform visual/functional checks on individual cavities every 15 minutes to ensure a stable process. Meet or exceed production quotas on assigned equipment for the shift. Monitor machine cycle time and communicate discrepancies to the Shift Leader. Maintain a neat and orderly workstation throughout the shift and leave it in excellent condition for the next operator. Clean the machine completely between jobs, including removing all parts and vacuuming hanger-holes. Complete shift change responsibilities, including sweeping and cleaning the area, providing necessary paperwork, and ensuring an adequate number of boxes are prepared for the next operator.
