POSITION OVERVIEW Coppercraft Distillery is looking for a Packaging Assistant to be a part of our distillery team. Your work will effectively play a key role in the production and packaging of products for our customers. This position is full time, with an initial schedule of Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:00pm. This role will report to the Production Manager. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate spirit packaging line adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Operate bottling and canning lines in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Apply closures (corks, caps, lids) and ensure accurate labeling.
• Operate canning line adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Stack and wrap pallets for storage or shipment.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of packaging areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
• Support other production tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma/GED or higher education.
• Previous experience in a production environment, with production and packaging of spirits a plus.
• Experience with tank CIP and force carbonation technique a plus.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack, and other production equipment.
• Ability to lift and stack cases up to 40lbs.
• Positive attitude, team player, and a willingness to learn.
