Package Handler/Mailroom - Lancesoft : Job Details

Title: Package Handler/Mailroom Location: Medford, MA 02155 Contract: 0-2 Months (Temporary) Timing: 8:45AM - 5:15PM (Mon to Fri) Pay Rate: $18.00/Hour on W2 (all Inclusive) Dress Code: Jeans and a collared shirt with very comfortable sneakers or shoes. No hats allowed. Responsibilities: We are running a student mailroom at a university. We need someone that can multi-task and receive, check in and hand out packages and mail to students. During the busy times, it is a lot of walking within the mailroom. If the temp becomes permanent, we also provide courier services to the faculty. It would be helpful if the right candidate had a valid license for it then became permanent. We need someone who is good with customer service, able to work in a fast-paced environment and willing to do whatever tasks are needed during the workday. There is a variety of lifting, standing and walking. It can be very busy and require you to be on your feet for an entire shift. Just the normal 50lbs is required to be able to lift, assistance will be available if more than this needs to be lifted. Customer provides parking outside the mailroom.
