- Scheduling and EPAFs. Compile and organize enrollment data daily and help create faculty load schedules every semester, including assisting the department chair of Teacher Education in schedule preparation. Submit workload through the EPAF system every semester.
- Program Clerical Work.
- Budget. Work with program director to manage and maintain P12 Program budgets, including reconciliation.
- Travel. Make travel arrangements such as booking flights; pay for hotels and other arrangements. Fill out travel requests and expense reports.
- Purchase supplies for program, events, marketing, etc.
- Student Worker Supervision and Hiring.
- Help coordinate and execute events hosted by the program.
- Create copies, update displays, dept. brochures and websites as needed.
- Coordinate and/or participate in regularly scheduled required meetings with the P12 team, staff, and partners.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a related field.
- Two years of administrative assistant experience.
- Proficiency with computers, both windows and apple products.
- Attention to detail, excellent communication skills and organization.
- Reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, and Adobe Acrobat, Banner, Argos, and Astra.
