P&E-Modeling & Simulation Analyst - Duracell : Job Details

Make recommendations and execute modelling capability to replace time consuming and costly physical work with virtual solutions, driving increased individual and system productivity. Development, application and deployment of tools for modelling component manufacturer including deep drawing, stamping of metal parts and plastic component moulding. Make design recommendations based on models and manage development of prototype parts for battery testing and model validation. Use Modeling tools to support problem solving and forensic analysis of failure modes This role will require significant interaction across internal businesses and scientific disciplines, both internal to Duracell and with external companies and service providers. Job Requirements:PhD or Masters in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or a related field) with strong computational modelling and simulation experience.
