This position requires a compassionate and dedicated individual who can lead a team of caregivers while ensuring the well-being and development of residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in home community care, personal care homes, and direct support, with a strong emphasis on fostering a positive living environment for individuals with developmental disabilities.
