Job Title:

Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide)

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and communicate with clients
  • Lead rehabilitation groups under supervision
  • Support clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed
  • Assist in crisis intervention
  • Ensure proper documentation according to policies and procedures
Schedule:

Full-Time, overnight shift 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least two years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting (training may substitute experience, based on a 52-hour in-service plan)
  • Valid CA Driver's License and successful DMV driving history check (if driving duties are assigned)

About the Campus:

Our Crestwood San Francisco Crisis Stabilization Unit is a 16-bed facility located in the Tenderloin district, committed to serving this underserved community. This is Crestwood's first intercity crisis program designed to address urgent urban needs.
