• Receive and process incoming parts orders using an electronic scan gun
• Separate and organize parts by order and destination
• Perform warehouse cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Organize and manage incoming and outgoing parts inventory
• Handle accurate binning, placement, and retrieval of parts in the warehouse
• Deliver parts to internal departments and external wholesale accounts (when needed)
• Support the Parts Manager, Service Advisors, and Make Ready team
• Assist with light administrative and organizational tasks in the parts department
• Prepare to grow into a wholesale parts role with on-the-job training

Requirements What You Bring:

• 1+ year of parts or warehouse experience (automotive dealership or wholesale preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working overnight hours
• Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required for parts delivery)
