QualificationsAs a Lot Attendant, you will have the responsibility of...

• Ensuringparking locations are clean and free of any debris
• Providingcustomer service, including assistance with use of digital pay machines
• Enforcingparking rules and regulations; issuingcitations and/or report violators
• Performing assigned duties and executing special projectsindependently
• Reporting of available space and on-site traffic directing
• Auditing rates at pay machines and on our online platform

As a Lot Attendant, you will need...

• Abilityto clearly communicate with all personnel
• Strong organizational skills
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work primarily outdoors
• Willingness to learn proficiency in using Apple iOS and Microsoft Office
• Fluent or close to fluent English is a plus
