Overnight Floor Technician - PBS FACILITY SERVICE : Job Details

We are looking for a hardworking Mobile Floor Technician to join our cleaning team at a Medical Clinic. While we are willing to provide training to the right candidate, you should have some janitorial experience and familiarity with various cleaning products, techniques, and equipment. The duties of this job include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, strip and wax, and buffing the floor surfaces of commercial & residential buildings. You may also help clean or extract and install carpets, so carpet installation experience is a plus. In some cases, you may have to move furniture for floor access or be asked to perform other light cleaning tasks.Floor Technician Duties and ResponsibilitiesSweep and mop floorsAssist with striping, buffing, and waxing surfacesClean or shampoo carpetsPerform light window and wall cleaning dutiesMaintain equipment and suppliesFollow workplace safety standardsMust be able to strip and wax floors!!
