Via is looking for enthusiastic independent contractor Driver Partners to support TheRide, an on-demand rideshare service in partnership with the Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority. If you thrive at night or are simply available to drive overnight, we want to hear from you!

We're Focusing on Overnight Drivers! Our highest demand, and earning potential, occurs during overnight hours. If you are available during these times, you will have a unique opportunity to earn more while fulfilling a critical need in Ann Arbor's transportation system.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Hold a valid Michigan driver's license

• Be 25 years of age or older

• Have at least 1 year of driving history

• Possess a personal auto insurance policy

• Lease and drive a vehicle from a vehicle leasing partner

• Pass background checks, including criminal and motor vehicle record checks

• Complete a DOT pre-engagement drug test and comply with ongoing DOT drug and alcohol testing as required.

Additional requirements will be communicated to prospective Driver Partners as needed. *$300 New Driver Partner Promotion: To qualify, you must complete at least 30 hours of driving on the Via platform within 30 days after your onboarding session. Breaks and offline time will not count toward this minimum. Promotion terms may change at any time at Via's discretion.
