Overnight Desk Clerk - Weekend - Greencroft Communities : Job Details

Great Lakes Christian Homes, a non-profit retirement community, has an opening for an Overnight Desk Clerk on our night/week-end team. Duties: •Answer multi-line telephone •Monitor emergency board and respond appropriately •Lock/unlock doors as scheduled •Assist residents with minor maintenance or contact on-call maintenance •Read, write, and communicate effectively in English with or without assistive devices •Ability to assist residents to safety Job Requirements/Qualifications: •High school graduate or equivalent •Must pass drug test (includes marijana) •Knowledge and use of multi-line phone system •Desire to work with the elderly •Ability to make good judgments about resident safety Schedule: •Friday - Sunday, Midnight to 8 a.m. •$1.00 shift premium for third shift •Part-Time Free meal provided each shift.
